Where do you deliver?

We deliver across prairie Canada. Saskatchewan, Alberta, Manitoba, wherever you are out here on the prairies, we want to get flowers to you. We ship via multiple different carriers. For orders within certain cities we also offer local courier delivery. Reach out if you're unsure whether we deliver to your area and we'll figure it out together.

How does delivery work for fresh bulk flowers?

When you order fresh bulk flowers you'll select your delivery date at checkout. We work backwards from that date to make sure your stems are sourced, fresh, and arrive with enough time for you to prep and arrange before your event. Because fresh flowers are a living product, getting that timing right matters a lot, so please choose your date carefully and reach out if you have any questions about what works best for your wedding or event timeline.

How does delivery work for dried arrangements?

Dried arrangements are made to order. Once your order is placed, we get to work on your design and ready to ship. It takes approximately 5 to 7 business days via Canada Post or less with Purolator. (there are rush options available) Because each piece is handmade with care, we don't rush the process. You'll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Which courier will my order ship with?

It depends on your location and what you ordered. We ship via Canada Post and Purolator for most orders, and use local city couriers where available. We choose whichever option gets your order to you in the best condition and the most reliable timeframe. If you have a preference or a specific courier works better for your area, just let us know when you order and we'll do our best to accommodate.

What about delivery to rural areas and reserves?

This matters to us a lot. We know that access to quality flowers in rural prairie Canada and on reserve communities is genuinely limited and that's exactly why we ship the way we do. If you've had trouble getting deliveries to your address before, just send us a message prior to ordering and we'll confirm we can get to you.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We do our best to keep shipping costs fair and reasonable because we know it adds up, especially for rural deliveries. If you have questions about shipping costs before ordering just reach out and we can give you an estimate.

What if my order is damaged in transit?

Fresh flowers can be delicate and a certain amount of transit handling is just part of shipping live product across the prairies. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details on transit damage. If something arrives in a condition that seems beyond normal wear and tear please contact us within 24 hours with photos and we'll work with you to make it right.
