Please read these terms before placing your order. By completing a purchase with Bloom Boom Floral you are agreeing to the following.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Orders are not confirmed or sourced until payment is received in full. We source flowers specifically for each order so this allows us to guarantee your stems are reserved and on their way to you.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than two weeks before your scheduled order date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within two weeks of your order date are not eligible for a refund as your flowers have already been sourced and committed. If something comes up please reach out and we will always do our best to work with you.

Refunds

All sales are final with one exception. If we made an error on your order, wrong flowers, wrong quantity, something missing, we will make it right. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos so we can sort it out quickly.

The following are not eligible for refunds or replacements:

  • Flowers that have not been properly cared for after delivery

  • Natural variation in colour, size, or bloom stage

  • Flowers affected by heat, improper storage, or handling after delivery

  • Change of mind after the cancellation window has passed

  • Transit damage within the normal 10-15% range (see below)


Transit Damage

Shipping fresh flowers across prairie Canada is not a perfect science. You can expect approximately 10 to 15 percent of stems to show some level of transit damage. This is completely normal and is factored into our bulk pricing. Damaged stems from transit are not eligible for refunds. Our suggestion is to order a little extra as a buffer, if you need 50 stems, order 55 or 60. It makes a big difference on the day.


Colour & Natural Variation

Flowers are grown by nature, not manufactured in a factory. The same variety can look noticeably different depending on the grower, season, and weather. We source from multiple growers and while we do our best to match what you see in our photos, the exact shade or hue may vary. A blush rose might arrive a little more peachy. A deep burgundy might lean more plum. That's just mother nature doing her thing. If you need a very specific colour we recommend ordering a small test bunch first or reaching out before placing a large order.

Flower Availability

In the rare case that a specific stem becomes unavailable after your order is placed we will contact you to discuss a suitable replacement of equal or greater value. We will always communicate before making any substitutions.

Delivery

We deliver bulk fresh flowers across prairie Canada. Delivery timelines are confirmed at the time of your order. Once flowers leave our hands we cannot be responsible for delays or damage caused by courier handling or extreme weather. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact us right away.
